曼恩斯特全陶瓷模头由全陶瓷材料上下模、垫片、调节组件、合模螺丝螺母等组成。全陶瓷模头设计意味着能够在涂布工序中，能够完全杜绝金属异物混入对电池的影响。
具体来看，全陶瓷模头具有六大特点：
1、全陶瓷材料：在使用正极三元材料同样涂布工艺下，金属模头使用寿命在300万米左右，陶瓷达到900万米以上.；2、高耐磨：磨损量为镍基合金的1/10；3、高硬度：硬度HRA：88-90，远高于金属硬度(HRC40)；4、耐腐蚀：陶瓷主要成分为二氧化硅，不溶于水，不溶于酸；5、变形小：相对金属，陶瓷弹性模量大，扛变形能力强；6、抗冲击：在相同的冲击力，陶瓷抗冲击性能远高于金属
